Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Mthingz.com reserves the right, at circumspection, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you via email if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

All orders reported as “delivered” by shipping companies are considered delivered. M-Thingz cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

M-Thingz is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions, such as birthdays, or other events. We encourage customers to place their order in advance to ensure there is enough time to receive their items especially during peak Christmas season.

Shipping is free throughout the Caribbean, The United States of America and Canada. Please note that all packages shipped through us are insured, with regards to packaging we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions/non-returnable items
